Ingredients:Chicken breast
Ingredients:Corn Starch, salt,Black pepper, sugar
Steps:
1. Slice the chicken breast and gently pound it with a knife to loosen it. Sprinkle salt and black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes. I suggest using soy sauce instead, which will better suit our taste.
2. Mix starch with salt, black pepper, and a little sugar; coat the chicken breast on both sides with a thin layer of powder. I suggest adding less five-spice powder and chicken flavoring.
3.Wok Heat the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil, and fry the chicken after it reaches the right temperature. Flip to cook the other side when one side is done.
4. After frying, chicken cutlet can be removed with kitchen paper to drain excess oil, making it healthier.
5. This can be served with sauces such as salad sauce, tomato sauce , Thai sweet chili sauce,or Western mustard sauce. And so on.This plate is my dinner:,Rice Sweet potato , chicken cutlet, steamed spinach. It's a very British dinner adapted to Chinese tastes!
