Fruits Eggs Rice cake
Ingredients: (1)Low-gluten flour 100 grams Butter 100 grams (2) Powdered sugar 100 grams Salt half a teaspoon (3) Eggs 2 (4)Milk 20 grams (5) Preserved orange peel 100 grams Rum 100 milliliters Lemon Zest half a piece
Steps:
(1) Mix the ingredients in (5) and set aside.
(2) Sift the low-gluten flour, add butter, and beat with an electric mixer until the volume increases and the color becomes slightly white.
(3) Add the ingredients from (2), mix well until there are no lumps.
(4) Add the eggs in portions, mix well after each addition, then add the milk in portions and mix thoroughly.
(5) Finally, add the ingredients from step (1) and mix well. Pour into a mold and oven and bake at 170℃ for about 30 minutes.
