Steps:
1. Pour milk and brown sugar into a stainless steel bowl, heat over low flame until the sugar dissolves, then turn off the heat and let it cool; do not boil the milk.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together and sift them to ensure even distribution, then add roasted sesame seeds and stir evenly.
3. Slowly pour in the salad oil while continuously stirring with an egg whisk in a circular motion. Then gradually incorporate the beaten egg mixture by stirring in circles until well combined.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the batter; lightly mix them using a spatula, then thoroughly combine the diced apples (about 1 cm cubes).
5. Pour the batter into paper cups up to about 70% full, sprinkle with almonds on top, and arrange on a baking tray.
6.Preheat the oven to 180°C for five minutes; after placing the tray inside, reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for 25 minutes. Let the cakes sit in the warm oven for an additional 5 minutes before removing them. Tip:
Adjust sugar according to taste.
