1. Mix low flour and almond flour, sift together. Milk and oil are placed in a small bowl.

Start with low speed to break up, then add sugar all at once and beat on medium-high speed until thick and creamy, with clear tracks visible from the beaters. Switch to low speed to smooth out. When lifting the beater, egg mixture should hold a droop of about 2-3 cm without falling easily, indicating full egg beating.
