How to Make Hand-Pulled Whole Grain Noodles?
Whole grain ingredients Handmade noodles

Ingredients:Flour 300g,Rice hulling 20g of flour,Millet 20g of flour,Corn Flour 20g, whole wheat flour 20g. Water 180ml, salt 3g.
Steps:
. All the flour ingredients are mixed together with salt and water to form a hard dough. Rub it evenly and rest the dough for 30 minutes. If time allows, knead again and rest for another 30 minutes.
. Rest the well-watered dough to start rolling.Noodles.(If your work surface is not large enough, divide the dough into two parts first. My work surface is 40*60 cm, so I divided the dough in half)
. Try to roll the dough as thin as possible, use dry flour to prevent sticking during rolling.

. After rolling, fold and cut the dough into noodles. The width can be adjusted according to your preference.
. After cutting, sprinkle some dry flour or fine corn flour to prevent sticking.. Cooking time for homemade noodles is short; two boilings are enough.. If you have leftovers, portion them out and freeze directly in storage bags.
