How to Make Slow Cooker Meat

Small braised meat Pork stew
is very popular among everyone.Pork belly, especially for those who cannot resist meat, satisfies the craving with its rich flavor and tender texture. The small braised meat uses pork belly, sliced thinly, allowing all the fat to braise out, making it fatty but not greasy, with a fragrant aroma.
Ingredients:
Pork belly with skin Kaimai (Chinese pepper) Star anise Sichuan bay leaf Spring onion Ginger White sugar Dark soy sauceSoy sauce Salt Oil
Steps:
1. Remove hair from the skin of the pork belly, clean it with a knife to remove dirt, wash and cut into 1cm thin slices.
2. Boil the meat in cold water for 5 minutes to remove blood and impurities,skim off the scum, discard the water, rinse again with warm water, and drain. 3. Heat a cast-iron pot, add oil, then add white sugar to make a roux,
when the bubbles subside into larger ones, add the drained meat (make sure it's fully dry; otherwise, the oil will splatter),
cook until the skin turns color, add dark soy sauce and stir-fry, then pour in enough warm water to cover the meat.
Add sufficient soy sauce for coloring, along with Sichuan pepper, star anise, bay leaf, spring onion, ginger, and other seasonings.
