How to Make Pumpkin Glutinous Rice Balls?
Ingredients:Pumpkin 400~450 grams,Glutinous Rice Flour 150~200 grams, not precisely measured, about one packet of 350 grams, sugar to taste, a bowl of coconut, and appropriate oil

Method:
1 Remove the skin from the pumpkin Steam until it is cooked. I used a blender to make it into a paste; a spoon can also be used.
2 While hot,Ginger add the pumpkin paste to the glutinous rice flour, and pour in Peanuts oil, mix until the dough does not stick to your hands or the bowl.3 Divide the dough into two halves. Put one half in a pot and steam for about fifteen minutes. 4 While hot, combine the cooked portion with the other half, divide them evenly into small portions, and grease your hands before shaping each portion into a ball.
5 Grease a plate, place the shaped balls on it, and steam for ten minutes. Remove from heat.
6 While still hot, coat in coconut to serve.
Apply some oil to the plate.
Place the rounded dough pieces on it.
