How to Make Puff Pastries
Ingredients:Eggs 2 pieces,Rice flour 50 grams, Butter 50 grams, 60 grams water, Milk 40 grams, salt 1.5 grams, Sugar 5 grams, Chocolate 50 grams, fresh, Cream Cream Appropriate amount
Steps:
1 Pour the milk, water, salt, sugar and butter into a pot and heat up. Boil until the butter is completely melted and fully mixed.
2 Sieve the flour and add it to the milk mixture in one go, stirring well.

5 Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the batter on it. Smooth out the surface using wet fingers.
6 Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
7 Fresh cream should be whipped, then poured or piped into the puff pastries.8 Ladle the melted chocolate over the puff pastries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Inside.
