How to Make Braised Beef Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
Main ingredients:Beef 400 grams
Side ingredients: spicy Doubanjiang sauce Sauce 30 grams,Ginger, cooking wine,Soysauce each 20 grams,Rice as needed.
Preparation:
1. Cut the beef into pieces and blanch them in hot water then remove.
2. In a heated oil pan, stir-fry the scallions and ginger until fragrant, add Doubanjiang sauce, then put in the beef chunks and stir-fry with soysauce, sugar, pepper powder, cooking wine,Monosodium glutamate and Star anise, finally add water to cover the beef, simmer over low heat until the juice thickens and the meat is tender and fragrant.
3. Serve the braised beef over rice; those who like vegetables can add some as well.
