How to Make Cream Cookies?
Ingredients:
Butter 600g sugar 300g Egg(s) 180g (3 and a half eggs), 450g low flour, 450g high flour (50g cocoa powder if making chocolate cookies),chocolatecookies add the, margarine so don't add for regular cookies; this is for 80 pieces. Each should weigh about 20 grams.
Steps:
1. First, mix butter and sugar together for 20 minutes until very pale (it must be extremely light or the cookies won't be crispy).
2. Beat in the egg(s) thoroughly.
3. Add the high and low flour and mix well.
4. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe as desired shapes. Preheat oven at upper 180°C, lower 170°C. Bake for about 15 minutes then reduce heat and bake for another 5 minutes.
Tips:
If you don't have high and low flour, you can use regular wheat flour!Different ovens may vary, so keep an eye on the cookies; they're done when slightly golden. Fortunate Strength flour can also be used!
Each oven is a bit different, so pay attention when baking; it's okay to have a slightly colored surface, as long as it's cooked through!
