How to Make Pineapple Fried Rice

Marinate the chicken into small pieces with soy sauce, salt, sugar, and rice wine for 15 minutes. Then mix in cornstarch and marinate for another 5 minutes. Marinate the shrimp by removing shells and black threads, then using rice wine, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil for 15 minutes. Mix in cornstarch afterward. Chop radish, yellow chili pepper, and red chili pepper into pieces and set aside. Cut the pineapple from one fifth of its length across horizontally to expose the flesh inside. Using a knife along the edge of the pineapple, carefully cut it out with a spoon. Be careful not to damage the pineapple skin.
