How to Make Mango Pudding
Mango Pudding ingredients:
Main ingredients: Gelatin powder 10 grams, 3 large tablespoons of water (for gelatin), 1.5 portions of canned mango, Milk 5 large tablespoons,Eggs 1 piece, Water 2 cups, Granulated sugar 60 grams, Fresh Cream 1/4 teaspoon, 2 small tablespoons of water (for custard powder).Dissolve the gelatin powder in an appropriate amount of water and stir until it dissolves. 1. Blend half of the mango into juice and mix with milk, then filter through a universal strainer.Cut the remaining fruit into 1 cm cube pieces. Beat the eggs into a bowl until foam appears.

6. Mix 1 and 2 together.
7. Pour 6 into a mold and freeze in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
