How to Make Red Dates Sticky Rice Pudding

Ingredients:Glutinous Rice Red Raisins
Condiments:Pear Jelly Candy (or Rock Sugar)
Preparation:
1. Rinse the glutinous rice and place it in the inner pot of a pressure cooker, adding an appropriate amount of water (slightly less than for cooking white rice) and a bit of rock sugar. Soak for four hours and then cook on the "Cook Rice" setting.White Rice 2. Rinse the red raisins, soak them for half an hour, and place them in a pot to simmer for 15-30 minutes.
