How to Make Corn Steamed Cake?
Ingredients:
Cornmeal Rice flour 100g, ordinary Rice flour 100g,
Sugar 40g, baking powder 2g, yeast powder 4g,
Appropriate amount of water (more than when making regular steamed buns)Peaches Dried
, Goji berries,Raisins A little bit Red dates A few pieces Steps:
1 Mix cornmeal, ordinary flour, baking powder, and sugar first.
2 Make a well in the middle and place dry yeast in the center.
3 Pour in an appropriate amount of water, allow the yeast to dissolve first,
then continue adding water while stirring with a chopstick until the flour absorbs the moisture fully.
4 The dough should be slightly thinner, forming a slightly fluid batter.
5 Brush oil on a heat-resistant container for easy demolding.


6 Pour the mixed batter into it and sprinkle with appropriate amounts of dried grapes, goji berries, and red dates (make sure to soften the dried fruits and dry them thoroughly, remove the seeds from the dates and cut them into small pieces).7 Cover with a plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size. 8 Remove the plastic wrap, steam on high heat for 30 minutes with cold water.
9 Once done, cool slightly before demolding and cutting into portions.
