Steps:

1 Mix the minced meat with chopped green onions, salt, monosodium glutamate, and an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce.

Mix the flour to form a soft dough, divide it into three parts.

3 Roll out one portion of the dough thin, spread the minced meat evenly on this layer.

Roll out another portion of the dough, place it over the first one with meat, add more meat in between, then roll out the third portion and place it on top, sealing the edges tightly.

4 Heat a flat pan,pancake in the heated pan; pay attention to the heat so as not to burn it. Since there is meat inside, make sure it's fully cooked.

6 During cooking, add some water in the pan and cover with a lid for thorough cooking due to the presence of meat. Once done, take out of the pan and let it cool before slicing; enjoy your meal!
