How to Make Peanut Sauce Flower Buns?
Sesame Sauce Flower Rolls Ingredients:
Materials:All-purpose flour 300g,Sesame seeds 3-4 tablespoons, active dry yeast 4g, warm water as needed (shown)

1-2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Gradually pour the flour into the bowl while stirring with a chopstick until it forms snowflake-like pieces, then knead into a smooth dough. Dust some hand flour on the work surface. Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet. Mix the sesame sauce with sugar and salt, then spread it evenly on the dough.

3-4. Roll the round dough into a cylindrical shape, cut it into uniformly sized pieces. Take two pieces of the dough and stack them. During rolling, keep the seam facing inward, use a chopstick to press down vertically in the middle.

4-5. Press out grooves with the chopstick, then pinch the ends together to form the flower roll raw pieces, repeat this for all the pieces. Arrange the raw flower rolls in an oiled steamer basket.Steam for 30 to 40 minutes (until the dough rises and a finger imprint bounces back quickly), then steam over low heat for 20 minutes.
