A Gourmet Hot Pot of Mixed Mushrooms Tofu Preparation Method:



Ingredients:Soft-Firm Tofu,Mushroom, Chicken Legs Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom,Horse Mushroom, Garlic, Green Onion Whites garlic sprouts
Preparation Steps:
1. Cut the soft-firm tofu into thick slices;Mushroom, Chicken Leg Mushroom , Shiitake Mushroom, Horse Mushroom, garlic and green onion whites washed and chopped finely for later use.
2.Egg lightly beaten in a bowl until foamy, then add Salt.
3. Coat the tofu pieces evenly with Flour, dip them in the egg foam mixture.
4. Fry the coated tofu slices in oil until golden on one side, flip and fry until both sides are golden, then drain off excess oil and set aside.
5. Heat some oil in a pot to sauté the chopped garlic and green onion whites, add the various Mushrooms and stir-fry together, then add an appropriate amount of water and thick soup cube, and finally add the fried tofu slices, simmer until well-seasoned, then add oyster sauce and chopped green onions before serving.
