1. Mix the flour, water, alum, and salt to form a dough, let it rest for about 30 minutes before use.
2. Hold both ends of the rested dough and perform shaking motions until it has some extendibility, then place it on a floured surface for further operations.
3. Evenly cover the surface of the shaken dough with flour, hold both ends of the dough, and evenly stretch to both sides, repeating this 7-8 times to complete the noodle making process.
4. Quickly cook the processed noodles int boiling water until done for consumption.(While cooking, use a chopstick to spread the noodles after they float on the surface for about 7-8 seconds to prevent sticking).
