How to Make Tomato Pudding Soup
Dumpling Soup
MATERIALS: three cups of water, 100g tomato,cabbage 100g ,flour 150g, one Heitele pork bone flavored instant soup cube,coriander a little bit
METHODOLOGY:
Wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces, wash and slice the cabbage.
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, sauté the tomato chunks for a moment before adding three cups of water (750ml).
Boil and add one Heitele pork bone flavored instant soup cube.
Slightly boil then add the cabbage slices.
In another bowl, put the flour in and slowly pour in water to form flake-like pieces while stirring continuously.
Gently sprinkle the formed flour flakes into the tomato broth (the pot is still on a low flame), continue adding water while stirring the flour, and repeat until all the flour is mixed into the soup.Continue simmering Spread the flour into thin sheets), then continue to stir while adding water, and pour the already sheeted flour pieces into the soup until all the flour is well incorporated.
(Another method to make the dough is to mix the flour with a little water to form a dough, then roll it into very thin strands, cut them into pieces shorter than 1cm, and use a fork to create texture for better absorption of the soup.)
Sprinkle coriander before serving.
