Main ingredients:Winter melon 500g,Salted pork 50g, dried shrimp 50g
Seasonings: salt as needed,mushroom soup powder as needed, scallions as needed,ginger as needed, cooking wine as needed
Preparation method
1. Remove the skin and seeds from the winter melon, wash it, cut into slices; wash the salted pork, cut into slices; soak the dried shrimp in warm water.
2. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger slices, and stir-fry the dried shrimp.
3. Add the salted meat and stir-fry.
4. Add the winter melon.
5. Add some cooking wine.
6. Add an appropriate amount of water and cook over high heat until the winter melon is tender.
7. Add salt, mushroom soup powder, and scallions before serving.
