How to Make Beef and Kelp Soup

Main ingredients: South Korea Kelp one piece,Beef 100 grams, 1 tablespoon of Korean soybean paste
Seasonings: garlic paste,soy sauce, sesame oil, salt
Method:
1. Take one piece of dry Korean kelp and soak it in clear water;(The Korean kelp shown in the picture is different from Chinese kelp; one piece can produce a small bowl of soaked kelp, so do not use too much)
2. Soak the kelp as needed, chop the garlic into paste, wash the beef;
3. Cut the beef into small pieces and marinate with half the garlic paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil for 15 minutes;
4. Add a little sesame oil to the pot, heat it up, then stir-fry the chopped beef pieces for about 3 minutes;
5. Pour in enough hot water, simmer over medium-low heat for 50 minutes;
6. Add Korean soybean paste, kelp, and continue simmering for another 20 minutes before adding garlic paste and salt to season and serve.

Note:
Add sufficient amount of water when making the soup to ensure the beef is tender.
