How to Make Pork Rib Soup
Ribs Ingredients:Riblets 150 grams,Yellow Mung bean sprouts,Soft Tofu each 100 grams, 15 grams of salad oil, scallion pieces,Table salt,Ginger slices,MSG,Black pepper each in appropriate amounts.
Rib Soup Preparation: 1) Rinse the ribs;
Yellow bean sprouts are trimmed and washed; Tofuis cut into slices.
2) Place a wok on heat, add oil and fry the ribs, scallion pieces, and ginger slices for a few minutes. Then add yellow bean sprouts and stir-fry for a while. Add 1000 grams of water, bring to a boil, then switch to low heat and cook for 30 minutes until the ribs are tender. Season with salt, MSG, and black pepper. Finally, add tofu and cook for another 5 minutes before serving.
