Stir-fry Yam Main ingredients: Yam

Stir-fried Yam Method:
1. Clean and peel the yam, then cut it into slices or strips. Cut the green and red bell peppers, green onions, and ginger into strips.
2. Boil some water in a pot, add the yam and green and red bell pepper strips, boil for a moment, then remove them and cool them down before draining the water and drying them.

Note:
