How to Make Delicious Cucumber Salads?

Category Food trivia

How to say it? It depends on personal preference. I would like to share some of my insights.Soy sauce A little bit (preferably the soybean one, as its flavor is more concentrated),
Garlic paste or minced garlic (use a knife to chop the garlic until very fine, then finely chop it. If you don't like garlic, you can add some chives or green onions instead)
Chicken essence or MSG A little bit each,
A small amount of sesame oil -- that's incredibly fragrant (medically speaking, sesame oil can lubricate the intestines and regular consumption may prevent constipation)
Vinegar A little bit -- it is said to help prevent colds (preferably aged vinegar as its flavor is stronger),especially aged vinegar, because the vinegar aroma is more concentrated. Depending on your taste, you can skip it if you don't like it.
Note: You can add a small amount of cooking oil -- refined oil is best, but don't use too much or it will be greasy (refined oil does not need to be heated and can be directly used for mixing vegetables. The purpose of adding oil is to make the dish more colorful and appetizing.
That's basically it. I don't like sweet things, so I never add sugar.
