Classic Recipe Homely Tofu My favorite
Reference Recipe One:
Ingredients:
Northern Tofu 4 pieces, fatty and lean Pork 150 grams, 150 grams of pork,Doubanjiang Sauce 50 grams,Green Onion 100 grams,Soy Sauce 50 grams, cooking wine 25 grams,Monosodium Glutamate 5 grams, cornstarch 25 grams, broth 150 milliliters
Method:
1 Cut the tofu into 1.5-inch square and 1/2-inch thick slices, slice the green onion.
2 Heat the wok, add oil, when the oil is hot, fry the tofu until both sides are golden brown, remove from heat. Add pork slices, cook until done, then add Doubanjiang sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, add soy sauce, broth, cooking wine, tofu, simmer on low heat to absorb flavor, add monosodium glutamate, thicken with water cornstarch, put in green onion.

Method:

Method:
1 Cut the tofu into 3x2 cm thick slices and boil in boiling water for a while then remove.
2 Whisk the egg with a little salt and cornstarch, fry it in a wok until golden yellow, take out. Cut the egg skin into rhombus pieces.
3 Heat the wok again, add pork fat and heat it up, then add half a cup of water, tofu slices, egg skin, ginger, salt, chicken powder, Shaoxing wine, cilantro, cook until boiling, pour on sesame oil before serving.

Method:
1 Cut the southern tofu into mahjong-shaped blocks and fry in hot oil until golden brown, remove.
2 Pork cut into slices, season with salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, black pepper, egg white, cornstarch to marinate.
3 Heat the wok, add vegetable oil, when it's hot, put in meat slices and stir-fry until done, then add chili paste, green onion slices, ginger slices, garlic slices, winter bamboo shoot slices and stir-fry for fragrance before adding broth.
