How to Make Steamed Egg with Meat Floss?

Main ingredients:
Eggs 1 piece Pork meat 100 grams
Auxiliary ingredients:
Green peas 20 grams Steamed fish 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, appropriate amount of cold water Soy sauce 1 teaspoon, 2 grams salt, 2 teaspoons cooking oil
Steps:
Prepare the ingredients.Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Beat the eggs and add cold water. The volume is about twice that of the eggs.

Add cornstarch and stir until bubbles appear on the surface of the egg mixture.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, ensuring no gaps around it.

Boil water and place the egg mixture into a steamer for 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat once done.

Heat oil in a pot and cook the meat mince and green peas.

Add soy sauce to the pot.

Add salt to the pot.

Cover the well-steamed eggs with the cooked meat and vegetables mixture.
