How to Make Steamed Egg with Abalone?

Ingredients:Eggs 3 pieces, abalone 5 pieces, green onion threads,Red pepper Dots, salt, (a brand of soy sauce)Soy sauce Warm water or Broth As needed
Cooking process:
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add 1.5-2 times the volume of warm water or broth, season with salt and mix well
3. Strain the egg mixture several times through a sieve to ensure a smooth custard Steamed egg will be finer this way
4. Cover the steaming bowl with cling film and poke some holes with a toothpick, then steam over boiling water on medium heat for about 5 minutes
5. Meanwhile, prepare the abalone by briefly scalding it in boiling water to separate the meat from the shell, discard the intestine, clean the black edges with a brush, and make cross cuts on top
6. When the egg surface starts to set, remove the cling film, place the prepared abalone on top, then cover again and steam until cooked through
7. Pour a generous amount of soy sauce over the steamed custard
8. Garnish with green onion threads and red pepper dots
9. Serve immediately!
