How to Make Steamed Fish with Tofu Flower
Main ingredients:Chinese grass carp 150 grams
Auxiliary ingredients:Peanuts(fried) 15 grams,Pickled mustard greens 15 grams,Green peas 15 grams,Sesame seeds 5 grams,Egg whites 80 grams
Seasonings: garlic peel 5 grams,Ginger 10 grams, green onion 10 grams, salt 3 grams,Chili peppers 20 grams,Sichuan pepper powder 5 grams, cornstarch 20 grams, Monosodium glutamate 1 gram,Bamboo shoot sprouts 5 grams Method: 1. Remove the bones from the grass carp and keep the flesh.2. Peel the fish meat, remove the skin and bones, pound it with the back of a knife to make a paste, and remove any tendons and blood threads to make the fish paste smooth. 3.
