Ingredients:Beef 200G, Hu Radicchio 1 piece,Mushroom 3 pieces, Large onion 1 piece, Large spices 2 pieces, Garlic 2 cloves,Ginger A piece, Small onion 1 piece, Old soy sauce 1 spoon, Wine 1 spoon, Oil 1 spoon, Red oil Doubanjiang 1 large spoon, Salt 1 small spoon, Chicken essence 1 small spoon. Wash the beef and cut it into 2CM cubes;







Radicchio cut in a dice shape; Large onion cut into strips diagonally;Small onion chopped, garlic crushed;Ginger sliced;Mushroom soaked in water then halved. Heat oil in the pot, stir-fry large onion, ginger slices, and large spices until fragrant.



Then add beef and stir-fry, adding red oil doubanjiang, old soy sauce, wine, and salt. Stir evenly and add an appropriate amount of water, then continue cooking overlarge fire until it boils, then add mushrooms, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.. Add radicchio, garlic pieces, and continue simmering for another 20 minutes.







Until the soup becomes thick, add chicken essence.. Serve in a bowl garnished with chopped onions. A steaming hot, delicious braised beef
