How to Make Curry Chicken Pasta?
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs,Green bell peppers,Spaghetti,
Seasonings: curry blocks, curry powder, salt,Milk
Steps:
1. Remove the bones and skin from the chicken thighs, then cut them into small pieces. Wash the green bell peppers and cut them into 2 cm long and 1 cm wide pieces.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add spaghetti with some salt, and start cooking the pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente according to your preference, then remove and rinse with cold water.
3. Heat up the wok or pan with oil, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they are no longer pink. Add the green pepper pieces, curry powder, and curry blocks, stir-fry evenly together, then pour in milk just enough to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil.The ingredients can be added now, then reduce heat and simmer for a while until thickened. Season with salt.
4. Drain the spaghetti into bowls and pour over the sauce, mix well before serving.
