Sugar Vinegar Sauce:Tomato sauce 50 ml,White vinegar 15 ml,Sugar 15 grams, 5 grams salt, 30 ml water starch.
Steps:

1,Pork wash, remove skin and cut into 0.5 cm thick and 3 cm long slices, then mix with 5 grams salt, cooking wine, egg, 30 ml water starch and marinate for 15 minutes. Mango sliced into small pieces, red pepper cut into small pieces for later use;
