How to Make Stir-Fried Meat with Celery
Season the meat with salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, and a little soy sauce.Marinate for 15 minutes, then deep-fry at medium heat (note: do not use too high oil temperature), drain excess oil. Leave some oil in the pan, heat up, add garlic slices and celery. Stir-fry according to taste, adding salt, oyster sauce,monosodium glutamate. Finally, add the meat and stir-fry together before serving.
