How to Make Chocolate Cupcakes?
Chocolate Small Egg Cake
Ingredients:
50 grams of chocolate, 40 grams of plant butter,egg one, 20 grams of granulated sugar,low-gluten flour 30 grams, 1 tablespoon of water, a little cornstarch
Steps:
1. Melt the chocolate and plant butter in a bowl over hot water, stirring until well combined to make chocolate sauce.
2. Beat the egg and sugar together until frothy on top, then add the chocolate sauce and water, mixing thoroughly.
3. Sift the low-gluten flour into the mixture to form a batter.
4. Grease a cake mold lightly with oil, dust it evenly with a thin layer of cornstarch, and pour in about 80% of the batter.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6.Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius, bake for 5 minutes or until done.
