How to Make Delicious Beef Tendons

Recipe steps:

2. Boil until foaming occurs; use a small spoon to skim any foam. Simmer on low heat.
3. After 1.5 hours, if the water is low, replenish with more water.

5. Add salt when it boils again; our household uses about 3 tablespoons (the less, the better, as you can add salt at the end if needed. Otherwise, salty broth becomes inedible with added water!), considering it's a large pot, hahaha. Stew continuously!
6. After 30 minutes, the tomatoes are soft; you may continue to stew for longer if desired. I prefer them slightly firm, so I aim to cook them until they are completely broken down and tender in the broth, making it even more delicious! Add Monosodium glutamate (MSG)!
7. Serve after cooking.

Method:
1. Rinse the beef and cut into small pieces; marinate in rice wine and cumin for ten minutes.
2. In a pot, add oil, then add sugar to color the meat. Stir-fry chopped tomatoes with the meat for five minutes before switching to low heat stewing.
3. Stew for 30 minutes after adding water again.
4. Add salt and thickening sauce after another 30 minutes of stewing, then boil until thickened.
5. Serve.
