Try these tofu scrap meatballs instead; make plenty over the weekend, store in the fridge, and enjoy them at work whenever you wish.
Raws:
Pork Minced 100 grams Tofu Scraps 50 grams Egg One small piece of ginger Carrot Half a root, one green onion Raws: A slice of ginger Chicken stock(or water) 200ml
Seasonings:
Soy sauce One tablespoon (15ml)
Dark soy sauce One teaspoon (5ml)
Rice wine One teaspoon (5ml)Sesame oil One teaspoon (5ml) Sugar A third of a teaspoon (2 grams)Salt A third of a teaspoon (2 grams)
Water 30ml
WATER STARCH One tablespoon (15ml)
1) Chop the green onion and ginger into fine pieces. Carrots Remove the skin, then finely chop them.
