Yuzu Tea Making Method
Yuzu Tea can be steeped with cold or hot water, and can be combined with black tea or green tea; it can also be used to make sweet desserts.Sauces can be made from the fruit.. The remaining flesh after steeping can be eaten, with a fresh taste.

Remove the outer skin of the yuzu flesh, take out the seeds from the yuzu meat, and chop the peel into small pieces.

Generally,honey is used for convenience.

The yuzu flesh should also be chopped.
Chopped yuzu flesh has become fruit pulp.Mixed, this becomes porridge-like.
Put all the ingredients into a jar,
dry the container first before adding the ingredients layer by layer: a layer of the fruit porridge, followed by a layer of rock sugar, and then another layer of chopped yuzu peel.
Fill up and store in the refrigerator for 10 days.
