How to Make Red Date Longan Ginger Tea

Ingredients: 60 grams of dried longan, 50 grams of red dates cut in half and pitted, 15 grams of ginger, 30 grams of rock sugar, 10 grams of brown sugar, 500 ml of water.
Steps:
1, Remove the shell from the dried longan; wash the red dates, cut them in half and remove the pit (the pits of red dates are hot, so make sure to remove the pit after cutting them in half);Cut the ginger into thin strips;Place 500 ml of water in a cooking pot and add all ingredients except brown sugar.Boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and continue simmering for 20 minutes.

2, After 20 minutes of simmering, add the remaining 10 grams of brown sugar and bring it to a boil before serving.
