How do you make coffee jelly?

Ingredients:
cooked coffee, 200 grams (you can also use instant coffee, but it's best to use unsweetened) gelatin sheets 4.5 grams sugar as needed milk pudding as needed
Steps:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in water until soft.
2. Cook the coffee.
3. Remove the gelatin sheets, place them in a container, and add an appropriate amount of sugar.(sugar can also be added to the coffee)
4. Add the cooked coffee and stir until the gelatin melts.(the coffee must be hot; it won't melt the gelatin if it's cold)
5. Pour the coffee mixture into a container and refrigerate for more than three hours.
6. Once set, pour the jelly on top and serve with condensed milk.(if you prefer bitter coffee, you can skip adding the condensed milk)
