How to Make Sweet Corn Pig Feet Soup

Ingredients:
Pig's foot: 2 pieces, sweet corn: 2 ears,Ginger: 4 slices
Steps:
1. Remove fine hair from the pig's feet, wash and cut into pieces, then blanch and remove.
2. Wash the corn and cut into segments.
3. Boil water, add corn, pig's foot, and ginger slices, cook on high heat for 20 minutes, then switch to low heat and simmer for one and a half hours, season with salt before serving.
