Stir-fried Winter Melon
Main Ingredients: 500 grams of Winter Melon
Seasonings: 5 grams of Salt Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) 3 grams of Green Onion, 4 grams of Shaoxing Wine, 5 grams of Soybean Oil, each in appropriate amounts
Making Method
1. Wash and chop the green onion into fine pieces for later use;
2. Remove the roots, stems, and old leaves from the winter melon, wash it thoroughly, and dry off the water;
3. Place a wok on high heat, add Pork Fat and allow it to heat up before adding the winter melon and green onion pieces, stir-frying them together;
4. Add salt and Shaoxing wine, then add MSG; continue stir-frying until the color of the vegetable deepens and the sauce is almost boiling, then remove from stove.

Main Ingredients: 100 grams of Fresh Mushrooms

Making Method
1. Clean and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces;Peel and slice the winter melon;Wash and cut the tomato into slices; Clean the green onion and ginger, then chop the green onion into flowers and ginger into fine pieces.2. Place a pot on high heat, add 500 milliliters of broth to boil, adding the winter melon, green onion flowers, and ginger pieces; continue boiling until it comes to a rolling boil, then add rice noodles, mushrooms, and tomatoes; cook until they are soft before adding tomato sauce and MSG, then pour in sesame oil and serve.
