How to Make Spicy Tofu Strips?
Ingredients:Tofu strips Silken threads, Sichuan pepper,Chili,Soy sauce Salt, sugar
Method:
1. Arrange tofu strips into appropriate lengths and heat a wok with no oil. Add Sichuan pepper and chili to release their aroma, then put them in a and crush them with a rolling pin to make a powder;
2. In another wok without oil, place the tofu strips, add one or two spoons of soy sauce, switch to low heat, stir gently with chopsticks until evenly colored and remove for preparation;
3. Heat some oil in a pot, then add the tofu strips back, sprinkle an appropriate amount of Sichuan pepper and chili powder, add salt and a suitable amount sugar, use chopsticks to lightly toss and mix well until coated. Just before serving, you can adjust with more Sichuan pepper and chili according to your taste.
When making this dish, it is best to use chopsticks instead of a spatula to stir-fry, which helps maintain the integrity of the tofu strips.
