Spicy and numbing Tofu Dry ingredients:
Main ingredients:Tofu 300 grams

1. Cut the tofu dry into about 1 cm square small pieces;
2. Cut the dried red chilies into pieces;
3. Fry the cumin seeds in oil, remove them after they are fried, and crush them;
4. In a wok, add more oil and heat it up, then fry the tofu dry pieces for a moment, remove and drain off excess oil;
5. Leave 40 grams of oil in the wok, add the chili and cumin powder to stir-fry;
6. Add the tofu dry pieces, stir-fry evenly, sprinkle Salt and MSG, stir-fry until cooked and remove from heat.
