How to Make Spicy Tofu

250 grams of tofu,Doubanjiang (fermented broad bean and chili paste) 30 grams, Green garlic or garlic sprouts 1 small bunch, or garlic sprouts 1 small bunch,Ginger 1 small piece,Soy sauce 5 ml,Chili powder 5 grams, a little water starch,Tangut pepper powder a little
Steps: 1. Cut the tofu into pieces, boil water and add a bit of salt, cook the tofu for 1-2 minutes, then remove.
2. Chop the Doubanjiang finely, cut the green garlic or garlic sprouts into segments, mince the ginger.
3. Heat the oil, add the chopped Doubanjiang and stir-fry until fragrant, add minced ginger and chili powder.
4. Add water to bring to a boil, then add the tofu pieces, soy sauce, salt, green garlic or garlic sprouts segments, and stir-fry evenly.
5. Thicken with a little water starch, then it's ready to be served, garnish with Tangut pepper powder before serving.
