How to Make Lamb Shanks Rice Soup?
Main ingredient: 120 grams of rice
Auxiliary ingredients:Mutton(Fatty and lean) 80 grams, white Radish 50 grams,Goji berries 8 grams
Seasonings: 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of table sugar,Monosodium glutamate (MSG) 1 gram,Coriander 5 grams
Steps:
1.Mutton shank and white radish are washed and cut into threads;
2. Goji berries are rinsed;
3.Rice is washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes, then set aside for use;
4. A pot is placed on fire, add stock, rice, mutton shank, and bring to a boil over high heat before switching to low heat and simmer until thickened;
5. Add white radish threads, goji berries, salt,sugar into porridge, and continue cooking on low heat for 15 minutes;
6. Season with MSG and sprinkle coriander as a garnish before serving.
