Making a delicious cold dish is not difficult, but several points must be observed:

(1) The choice of ingredients should be fresh and easy to handle. Cooking methods such as boiling, stewing, blanching, or simmering should be used to ensure the food is fresh, crisp, tender, and smooth in texture.

(2) Utensils for serving and cutting must be clean, with hygiene and safety being the priority when preparing ingredients.

(3) Apart from choosing appropriate ingredients, the cold dish sauce also matters. Vinegar and garlic are essential, enhancing flavor and providing health benefits such as disinfection.(4) Cold dish ingredients should be cut into uniform sizes to ensure they can fully absorb the seasoning well.
