How to Make Passionfruit Jam
Main ingredients: Passionfruit 600 grams
Ingredients: Chinese silverleaf aralia 2 grams Rice malt Sugar 300 grams, rock sugar 50 grams
1. Passionfruit Wash and dry the passionfruit, cut in half, take out 600 grams of pulp juice for use.
2. Place water in a pot and bring to a boil, add stevia and continue boiling for 10 minutes until the water is reduced by half.
3. Remove the stevia, then stir in maltose until fully dissolved.
4. Add passionfruit pulp juice and simmer on low heat.
5. While simmering, stir frequently with a wooden spoon to avoid burning, and remove foam that appears during cooking.
6. Simmer slowly over low heat until the liquid thickens, then turn off the heat, bottle, let cool, and store in the refrigerator.
