Sugar Water for Detox and Whitening

Brown sugar, also known as red sugar,is a reddish crystalline substance derived from the juice of sugarcane, a perennial herb plant in the grass family. Sugarcane contains various essential amino acids for humans, such as lysine,as well as malic acid, citric acid,and is one of the fundamental substances indispensable for synthesizing proteins, supporting metabolism, and participating in human life activities.Additionally, the juice and stalks of sugarcane are rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C, with "molasses" extracted from the juice actually being a form of polysaccharide. Rock sugar is made by cooling and crystallizing white sugar. Rock sugar has nourishing effects to moisten the lungs,
stop coughing, and is beneficial for treating coughs without phlegm or bloody sputum.
