How to Make Fermented Tofu with Vegetables
Main ingredients: fermented tofu sauce
Auxiliary ingredients: fresh mushrooms, and celery, and pumpkin, and lotus root, and loofah, and green and red bell peppers,and onion.Seasonings: salt,
chicken essence,sugar, ginger oil,sesame seeds, garlic paste.Cooking method: 1. Boil water, blanch loofah strips, carrot, mushrooms, celery, loofah, persimmon pepper, and onion until cooked through, then remove to set aside; take a small bowl, add fermented tofu sauce, mix in salt, chicken essence, ginger oil, sugar, garlic paste.
2. Heat pan with a little oil, add the blanched vegetables, pour in the mixed sauce, stir-fry over high heat until well-coated, then serve immediately.

Heat the wok with a little oil, add the blanched vegetables, pour in the mixed sauce, stir-fry quickly over high heat until well combined, then serve.
