  Vinyl acetate Essence The components of vinegar essence are only two, namely acetic acid and water. It is made by mixing edible glacial acetic acid with water. As ice vinegar has a certain corrosive effect on human tissues, the state stipulates that the content of glacial acetic acid in vinegar essence shall not exceed 3%~4%.
