How to Make Oat Bread

Ingredients:
High-gluten Flour 250 grams,Whole wheat flour 50 grams,Milk 180 grams,Butter 15 grams, oats as needed, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon dry yeast
Steps:
1. Boil the milk and let it cool to a warm temperature. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and combine with all except the butter and oats. Mix in the other ingredients until they form a dough. Gradually add the butter while kneading.
2. Knead the dough well, then allow the first fermentation as described for French bread rolls. The dough should rise to about 2.5-3 times its original size.3. After the initial fermentation, gently press the dough with your palm to release most of the air bubbles. Take out the dough and shape it into a circular or elliptical shape. Fold one side to the center, then fold the other side over as well. Brush the top with water and sprinkle the oats on it lightly. 4. After shaping the dough, allow the second fermentation until it has risen to about 2-2.5 times its original size.
5.Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Bake in the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
